Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Picture Editor (aipictureeditor.io). By using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

AI Picture Editor edits photos you upload according to your instructions, using third-party AI models. Results are generated automatically and can be imperfect or unexpected. Features, models and limits may change over time.

Accounts

• You must give a working email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Creating accounts in bulk or with automation, or to collect welcome credits repeatedly, is not allowed.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

Credits, purchases and subscriptions

• Edits use credits. The price of each edit is shown on the pricing page and before you start an edit.
• Credits from packs do not expire. Credits from a subscription roll over while your account is open.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
• If an edit fails to process, its credits are returned automatically. Otherwise, purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund.
• Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred or exchanged for money.
• Free daily edits are offered at our discretion and may change.

Acceptable use

Only upload photos you own or have permission to edit. You must not use the service to create or edit:

• sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors;
• sexual or intimate imagery of a real person without their consent;
• deceptive images of real people meant to mislead, defraud, harass or defame;
• content that is illegal, hateful, or that infringes someone else’s rights, including removing watermarks or credits from others’ work.

You also must not try to bypass usage limits, overload or attack the service, or access it with scripts except through features we provide. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund, and report illegal content to the authorities.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload and the results you create. You give us a limited license to store, process and transmit them only to provide the service to you, including sending them to our AI providers. You are responsible for how you use the results.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may pause new edits, for example when a daily capacity limit is reached.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the service

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and, for significant changes, notify signed-in users by email. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Contact us.
