Frequently asked questions
Do credits expire?
No. Credits from packs never expire. Credits from a monthly plan roll over too, so anything you don't use stays in your balance, even after you cancel.
What happens if an edit fails?
If an edit fails or doesn't finish within two minutes, its credits go back to your balance automatically. Each edit is charged once and refunded at most once.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your account page and choose Manage billing. You'll go to Stripe's secure billing portal, where you can cancel at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
